ProMind is an organizing and operating partner for retreats in Africa. We specialize in creating fully managed retreat environments for international facilitators, coaches, and retreat brands who want to work with groups in Africa without operational risk.
We are not a hotel and not a venue marketplace. ProMind operates as a retreat infrastructure company — designing, building, and operating environments specifically for group work, retreats, and long-format programs.
ProMind is building retreat infrastructure as a long-term operational model, not as one-off projects.

We organize space, rhythm, logistics, staff, food, silence, and operational flow so facilitators can focus on their work — not on managing Africa.
Our role is to remove uncertainty. Africa is powerful, inspiring, and complex. We make it operationally predictable, safe, and professionally structured for retreat work.
Why Africa
Africa offers depth, space, nature, and a level of disconnection from everyday life that is increasingly rare. For retreats, this creates faster immersion, stronger group dynamics, and deeper participant outcomes.
At the same time, Africa requires local presence, trusted relationships, and operational discipline. Without this, retreats turn into high-risk experiments. ProMind exists to bridge that gap.
What We Organize
We organize retreat-first infrastructure rather than adapting tourist accommodation. Our environments are designed for groups, silence, schedules, and long-format work.
This includes accommodation, group spaces, food systems, staff, transport, supplier coordination, and daily operational flow. Properties are fully dedicated to the retreat group — no tourists, no mixed usage, no interference.

All logistics are planned in advance: arrivals, departures, transfers, schedules, meals, breaks, and rest. This creates stability and allows facilitators to work in Africa with the same level of control they expect elsewhere.
Operations, Not Just a Location
ProMind operates on the ground in Kenya. We handle regulations, permits, staffing, suppliers, and crisis situations. If something breaks, delays, or changes — we solve it locally.
Our team understands retreat dynamics: silence, timing, energy, group flow, and facilitator needs. Staff are trained to support retreats without intrusion.

This is not property rental. This is retreat operations built as a repeatable system.
We are building standards, processes, and operational know-how that can be replicated across locations.
Ekaterina works closely with landowners, suppliers, staff, and local authorities, ensuring realistic planning, operational control, and reliable execution. Her role is not coordination, but building long-term operational standards and partnerships that allow retreat projects to function sustainably and at scale.
Project Stage
This is not a concept-only project. Land has been identified, and agreements with the landowner are in place to develop a retreat center.
A full business plan is prepared and available for potential partners and investors. The first retreat in this format is currently being organized and scheduled for April.
This stage allows partners to engage early — before full-scale buildout — while the operational model is being validated.
How We Work with Organizers
Organizers bring the program, participants, and intellectual content. ProMind provides the environment, infrastructure, and operational backbone.
There is no need to manage staff, food, schedules, suppliers, or local issues. Organizers work with one operational partner instead of multiple vendors.
This allows facilitators to focus on teaching and holding the group — while we hold the structure.

Vision: Retreat Centers
ProMind is not building a single retreat location. The long-term vision is a network of retreat centers in Africa, operated under a unified model.
The first center is the foundation — designed to validate operations, partnerships, and repeat retreat demand.
Partnerships & Investment
We work with partners and investors who understand long-term asset-backed models and operational businesses.
Possible formats include land partnerships, revenue share models, repeat retreat contracts, and co-development of retreat infrastructure. This is an opportunity to participate early in a new category: retreat infrastructure as a professional, repeatable business in Africa.

ProMind is currently in the development phase of its first retreat infrastructure location in Kenya.
We are open to partnerships with retreat brands, facilitators, landowners, and strategic partners who are interested in building long-term retreat infrastructure in Africa.
At this stage, we are focused on designing the operational model, testing formats through curated retreat projects, and developing the first permanent location.
We welcome conversations with partners and potential investors who resonate with this approach and are interested in the early development phase of the project.
